Refund and Returns Policy – Ladi Dadi Arts

At Ladi Dadi Arts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Some items are non-returnable, including perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Certain health and personal care items

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for the following items:

• Books with obvious signs of use
• Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@ladidadiarts.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same one, please contact us at info@ladidadiarts.com and send the item to: Ladi Dadi Arts, London, UK.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: Ladi Dadi Arts, London, UK. You are responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we don’t guarantee receipt of returned items.
